You will be joining our teams in Barcelona as a Technical project manager.
You will have cross-governance links with the Implementation team who are in charge of deploying our solution for our clients, and the Product team who develop our SaaS platform.
Your time will be split between managing SaaS accounts, including those in deployment or exploitation phases, hosting technical workshops with clients, continuous underlying process improvement, and developing Saas-related Product & Services offers.
You will support a team of deployment project managers in their daily tasks and the achievement of their objectives.
Your primary projects will include:
Supporting the deployment project managers throughout the Onboarding phase for SaaS clients
Ensure smooth management and monitoring of interfacing via client APIs by respecting the deployment schedule and guaranteeing user adhesion
Timely intervention with SaaS clients in their API use or for the setup of SSO during the HyperCare phase
Organize and host technical workshops dedicated to SSO and use of LittleBIG Connection APIs
Participate in the continuous improvement of documents and processes linked to technical subjects (API, SSO)
Organize internal training sessions on technical subjects
You have a degree from a business school and wish to evolve in a scale-up type environment
You have 1-3 years’ experience in project management or product management; ideally in a SaaS or software package environment
You have already achieved success in several technical configuration projects such as complex API integrations or SSO implementation
You are proactive, organized, and have a real sense of client relations and support
You speak French and English fluently
