SITA Global Services (SGS) is a large andcomplex business unit within the SITA organization; it is going through a large-scaletransformation in the way work gets done. You will have the opportunity to havea people impact as an HR Consultantin the exciting air travel industry. Inthis role, you will be required to focus on the customer while supporting projectsthat help the business on this journey.
EXPERIENCE,KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Data - You will have the opportunity to dig into the HR data, while focusingon building relationships with the HR Data team to optimize and start to tell astory. This will impact the business decisions around workforce planning and tellinga story to help facilitate this process. In addition, looking at data- trendsfrom Employee surveys and working with the HRBP to develop initiatives forimpact.
Stakeholder management – You will be able to dive into the businessawareness to understand where the business is, where they want to go and howthey can get there- supporting this journey with the HR Business Partner. Thiswill provide opportunities for leadership development and coaching.
Operational execution component – You will have the opportunity to have thoughtfulconversations around the organization and the Talent management efforts. Thiswill also include ability to have conversations around promotions andcompensation needs outside of the promotional cycles.
Planning - You will have the opportunity to participate inthe budget compensation and salary review process in support of the HRBP’sinitiatives to support the business.
Performance management and mid-year reviews – Your ability to support andassisting with the facilitation of this cycle while coaching managers andemployees through this process.
Organisational effectiveness and Change management - is an important component of this role, throughthe change and evolution, and therefore, providing input and execution forprocess improve and finding efficiencies.
Employee engagement is a component of this role as part of the talentstrategy.
You will have the opportunity to optimize communication channels to various stakeholders, to deliver amessage and keep the narrative going within the organization (internal commsthrough Yammer, emails and other avenues to obtain the appropriate engagementfrom employees).
HR Operations – This role will provide you the platform toeffectively support the HR operations practices within the organization.
You will need to have a goodoverall knowledge of Human Resources and Talent Management concepts
In this role, you will need tobe resourceful, curious and creative to bring solutions to the table
You will need to have theability to review HR Data to tell a story to stakeholders
Ability to work with Seniorleadership as well as employees
This role will require you tohave the ability to take initiative and drive solutions within the organizationand in execution of projects
In this role, you will need tohave a process improvement and efficiency focused mindset
Change management experience willbe beneficial in this role
A few years’ experience ofinteraction with senior management
Experience working in complex,international/multi-cultural and fast-moving environment

Bachelor's degree in business,human resources, organizational psychology, organizational development orequivalent
PHR/SPHR Certification ispreferred (not required)
