Description
As our Test Development Engineer you will:
* be responsible to monitor the quality of the software of all ClickShare Products;
* cooperate with the developers to improve testability of newly developed software;
* validate the features developed by the other scrum team members and make sure the Definition Of Done is applied;
* support continuous integration by automating test cases. All automated tests are written in Python and are running on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux);
* help propagate Test Driven Development principles;
* document your tests and automation and work closely together with our system validation teams in India and Romania;
* share tools and practices with your test development colleagues;
* be confronted with a large range of technologies, development languages, network elements, hardware components, etc.

Qualifications
As a prerequisite to become our Test Development Engineer you:
* hold a Bachelor's or master's degree in a software development or electronics related area;
* have strong python proficiency;
* have at least additional experience in two of the following domains:

- Network communication (TCP/UDP/…) and related security (SSL)

- Multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux)

- Embedded software

- Test automation

- Electronics

* like to take initiative, work in close collaboration with fellow developers and share your ideas and knowledge;
* possess analytical skills and eye for detail and quality;
* are communicative and assertive when required;
* are fully conversational in English.

* be part of an international test development team embedded in the Clickshare R&D department based in Belgium, Romania, Taiwan and India;
