After a thorough training period, it is your responsibility as ICT Support Engineer to provide technical advice to customers on our integrated IP-telephony and ISDN solutions (Alcatel) with peripherals such as DECT, VoiceMail, alarm servers, CTI and various IT applications.
You draw up solutions, implement and configure our systems according to the agreements made with the customer. Our customers are always one step ahead through your actions and technical solutions.
At every stage of the process, you ensure good follow-up and communication with your customer and colleagues.
In addition, you will work closely with a team of Field Engineers for whom you will also draw up the complete planning and who will support you in the execution of your tasks.
You have a bachelor’s degree in ICT, Electronics, Applied Computer Science or you are equivalent through experience!
