My client is one of the major actor in the banking industry. They're located in the centre of Brussels. They would like to expand their IT team. The Technology Service Analyst will support the end users with the IT-related issues and lead the local End User Support Team.
Lead End-User Support Team to ensure professionalism & responsiveness
Oversee & work together with the Central Helpdesk to ensure quality of service
Participate actively in incident resolution where the infrastructure is impacted
Establish & document policies & procedures
Follow-up the delivery of IT infrastructures projects
Understand cost structure & make proposals for improvement
5+ years of experience in IT
English mandatory + French and/or Dutch
Strong experience in end user support
Work outside of business hours
Be ready to travel (5%)
Desktop computing, voice & video
Analytical skills & problem solving attitude
Experience managing / leading teams
My client offers you a 5 months contract in Brussels.
