  • Working Location: Brussels, Belgium
  • Security Clearance: NATO Secret / SC
  • Language: High proficiency level in English language

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·       Service Desk 1st level support experience

·       Good Knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications and OS

·       Good knowledge of Service Desk ticketing tools (BMC Remedy)

·       Mobile devices knowledge

·       Good VPN knowledge

·       Broad IT knowledge from a Service Desk point of view

 

DUTIES/ROLE

  • Provide 1st level support to users
  • Resolve hardware issues on mobile devices
  • Issue/Enrolment of mobile devices to new users
  • Resolve assigned incident tickets
  • Create incident and service tickets in ticketing tool
