Technical Support Analyst (GER & ENG) in Mechelen
As a Technical Support Analyst, your tasks and responsibilities are the following:
- You are the SPOC for the German speaking clients
- You deliver high quality support in all areas of IT
- You contribute to the overall delivery of IT services to the firm, its customers and dealers
- You are responsible for the complaint handling process
Your key strengths are the following:
- Preferable previous experience in similar role
- Excellent command of English and German, any other European language would be an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Driven by results, customer-oriented
