• Provide daily operational support to the Head of SPLORE.
• Prepare Software Release testing
• Plan Acceptance testing with suppliers

• Incident and Change management (ticket follow up)
• Initiate actions based on reports and statistics.
• Prepare management presentations and participate active in meetings.
• Take the meeting minutes.
• Verification and validation of incoming invoices
