Talent Process Data Analyst

The Group Talent Analyst is a member of the Group Human Resources team of Puratos. This position focuses on  process and performance management related to Group Talent management . You will thus, ensure that the talent & performance management systems and processes are consistently applied across the organization within the predefined scope and time. 

You will also propose  continuous improvement & optimization  concerning our Group Talent process management in order to optimize our process. Furthermore, it will focus on reporting management and HR Talent system projects in close collaboration with HRIS Team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the group processes related to talent & performance management across the organization within the predefined scope and time Manage the HR system, talent data and reports in an efficient and structured way in order to support the HR Group Managers Propose and manage continuously improvements and changes of the talent processes, their supporting tools and system by analyzing user feedback and system documentation. Liaise with the HRIS team and participate in the HRIS meeting. Give advice on operational functional and reporting issues in a timely, cost-effective and client focused way. Where relevant liaise with the HR domain specialist, ICT specialist, and/or implementation partner. Manage the Talent related communication to users and internal customers. Act as the first point of contact for HR Group Managers concerning any Talent process & Talent performance matters Follow and analyze the market trends in the area of Talent Management and interlinked areas (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition,…) and make suggestions for improvement Create and update attractive, easy to navigate (end) user guides Update Standard Operating Procedures to optimize the different Talent Management processes. Provide KPI data, user-friendly reports & insights, tailored to the needs of the various customer(s) (groups) Secure compliance with confidentiality/privacy requirements Lead specific projects linked to the business strategic priorities
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Master degree or equivalent by experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR, in Talent management and Performance management is an advantage
  • Experience & strong affinity with HR ERP/ reporting tools. Thorough knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT).
  • Languages: great professional knowledge of English both in speech and word. Fluency in Dutch and/or French.

  • Reliable, committed, you are a respectful team player, with strong ethics and values (confidentiality)
  • Able to work in a matrix organization, well organized, structured & focused on priorities
  • Strong analytical mind, attention for detail and accuracy, conceptual thinking,
  • Data Driven, you will analyze data and translate into pragmatic customer solutions
  • Love to support the performance of peers by sharing own knowledge/expertise
