Operating under the managerial authority of Global Business Support (GBS), ENGIE Information and Technologies (ENGIE IT) is ENGIE's information systems nerve centre.

In connection with the implementation of the industrial plan to develop shared service centres (SSCs) in France and Belgium, ENGIE IT SSC is looking for a:

Team Leader System Engineers (m/f)

Position based in Brussels (Belgium)

Team leader - Follow-the-sun support level 2 at EngieIT

Mission: IT Operations Manager, based in Brussels, responsible of Cloud Service and of RUN/delivery team - Team leader of a 14+ system engineers team in charge of level 2 follow-the-sun support for 130 000+ users worldwide

· Team animation & organization on daily basis (14+ people, spread over 3 sites worldwide)

· Reporting / analysis to Engie It and Engie Corp management (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

· Productivity improvements

· Process follow-up and improvements (to meet and improve SLAs)

· Problem management in order to decrease incident rates

· Interact with other support teams leaders (level 1 & level 3), Services leaders (SDM), Expert team, Architect team

· Escalation point for local IT managers and end-users

· Crisis management

Ticketing tool : ServiceNow cristal & RISE, > 2500 tickets / month

Mission: level 2 support system engineer

· Fix technical issues for worldwide customers in a time-constraints environnement (SLAs)

· Problem analysis in a technical complex environnement

· Meet time-to-repair contraints (SLAs)

· IT technical orientated: ability to learn new technical topics

· Team spirit, knowledge sharing

· Stress resistant

· Ability to document processes (ITIL environment)

Languages : english, french, flemish
