Support Engineer

  • KONE is looking for an First & Second Line IT Support Engineer for it’s Mobile Device Management related issues. 

    As an Support Engineer you report directly to the Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager and you’re responsible for: 

    Software and Hardware Mobile Devices Management ( Android Smartphones & Tablets ) for 700+ devices and End Users ( 150+ White Collars / 550+ Blue Collars ) .SIM Card management and administration ( Proximus Contract Management ) First and Second line support for Mobile Devices and various Apps like ( KFM , IBR, SOTI , MobiControl , Microsoft Teams etc. ) Acting as a point-of-contact and Key User for Android Mobile Devices and Apps Training and educating End Users on new or best practices when required Maintain inventory for Mobile Devices in Excel and SAP Time sheet reportingWhitelisting management

     
    Profile 

    Strong affinity with IT is neededPreferably a first experience in First or second line support ideally in Mobile Device Management position Experience in troubleshooting ideally for Android software and hardware issues. You have a good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAPStrong Excel reporting and analysis skills (Pivot tables, V-lookup etc. ) You are customer and solution oriented You’re a curious and natural learner You’re a strong networker with the ability to adapt and communicate effectively with various group of people and personalities Ability to work in full autonomyYou’re fluent in French Dutch and English
