  • Logging all incidents, requests, problems and changes
  • Categorizing all incidents, requests, problems and changes
  • Prioritizing all incidents, requests, problems and changes
  • Perform the troubleshooting, answering user queries, search the root cause of problems and implement changes
  • Escalate the tickets to the correct high level of service support if needed
  • Resolve Incidents, Requests, Problems and execute changes
  • Contribute to maximizing first-line on the spot fixes (coaching, maintaining KB, recording findings from the resolution of incidents for future use, etc.)
  • Ensure the availability of the service and systems by doing the End to End monitoring
  • Control service and systems capacities
  • Assurance that the required security level is maintained
  • Participate in the continuous deployments of the new releases in both Acceptance and Production environments
  • Contribute in improving the service and its infrastructure
  • Participate in some project activities, like writing administrative, Installation, user … guides
  • Participate in creating a step by step Standard Operational Procedures
  • Perform automation scripting
  • Investigate new technologies to optimize the work of the support team
