Supply Chain Process Improvement

As member of the Supply Operations Process improvement & Compliance, you contribute to improve the efficiency of BTO Supply operations and more specifically you bring the departement at the level of the best in class :

- you act as change agent to deploy the continuous improvement (mindset and skills)

- you run project to improve our process in order to increase our customers satisfaction and BTO results

- you deploy the Performance management

* Major responsabilities

As Supply Chain Process Improvement, yours main responsibilities will be :

1) Act as change agent to improve our process and deploy our strategy : Analyse processes, identify and deploy improvements in order to support the UCB ambitions, in liaison with other departements

2) Developp a reliable and on time performance reporting :

- train and developp teams so that they can run their own kpi

- run the departemental KPI

- conduct meaningfull analysis on the KPI, to identify improvement axes

3) competencies development :

- deploy the Operational Excellence culture and tools in collaboration with the central team

- increase the competencies for all Supply Operations teams (hard and soft skills)

- developp Knowledge Management (process and mindset)

4) SPOC for IT

- Support to IT/business to define, test and roll out improvements or new solutions

* Profile

5 years experience in supply chain

5 or more years business process design and management experience and a strong affinity to operational excellence and Change Management (Class A, Lean, 6 Sigma)

Fluent (reading, writing and speaking) in English

Change Management : ability to engage teams in an Opeational Excellence culture and program (simplify process, reduce variability and eliminating wases)

* Specific Skills

Agility : able to work with different audience, on operational and conceptual topics

Solution driven (think out of the box, creativ, pragmatic)

Fast learner

Analytical and IT skills : SAP (MM, SD, PP-PI, WM, BI), OMPharma program, reporting tools.

Excellent problem solving skills

Ability to solve issues, to assess risks and prevent issues for assigned projects/operations.

Address areas for improvements, propose creative solutions, support development and implementation of improvements

* Interaction with internal & external stakeholders

Transversal function with a lots of interactions : with supply, production, Global Supply Chain, QA, QC, Purchasing, IT, HR, EHS, Finance, departments.

Specific focus with IT
