Advisory - Senior Manager
Roles yamp; Responsibilities
You will be involved in different types of IT (out)sourcing projects bridging the gap between business and IT.
Leveraging on your experience, you will be helping in further developing our IT outsourcing practice and in supporting clients as part of multidisciplinary teams in all outsourcing phases from strategy to implementation.
A few examples of assignments you could be working on are:
Drafting of IT outsourcing strategies and business cases for outsourcing
Selection of IT service providers (data centre services, application management, cloud etc.),
IT services contracting and negotiation support
Managing transitions and transformations towards IT service providers or back in-house
Designing and implementing IT demand and supply models, service provider governance,
Assessing existing outsourcing relationships aimed at optimizing the value delivered.
As a (senior) manager IT (out)sourcing advisory:
You will act as a project leader on client-facing projects
You take responsibility of planning, resourcing and delivery
You guide the KPMG and / or the client team in every phase of an outsourcing project to ensure the delivery meets the expectations of our clients
You will take an active role in further developing our IT outsourcing services and the team.
Skills & Qualifications
You hold a master’s degree and have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT outsourcing
Experience includes designing and or assessing (out)sourcing strategies, outsourcing feasibility studies, solutioning, support in (agile) selection of IT service providers (RfI, RfP, vendor evaluation, negotiation), drafting and assessing outsourcing contracts, designing and or assessing IT demand – supply management processes and outsourcing governance (SIAM), assessing IT management processes (i.e. ITIL) and continuous improvement of outsourcing relationships
Experience in business process outsourcing and robotics process automation are preferred
While experience and academic qualifications are important, we also value other competences, including:
Excellent consultancy skills to establish credibility at client level and build problem-solving partnerships.
Strong analytical mindset and strong presentation skills.
The ability to work independently, as well as in project teams.
Preferably trilingual communication skills in English, Dutch and French. Mastering English is a must.
