My client is an international and high-growth high-tech company located in Flemish Region.

The person we are looking for will be working for our front office department, part of the bigger internal R&D department.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be involved in the development of embedded software (written in Java and C++ ) for driver consoles, validators and board computers in public transport vehicles.
You will think along with the other colleagues about the technical design and further evolutionand/or improvement of the system.
You report directly to your team leader and the R&D manager.
PROFILE
You have a proven & strong experience with Java (version 11) .
You have a working experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
Experience with embedded software
You deliver clean, quality code using best practices like Unit Tests and rigorous refactoring.
You're a team player and are not scared by the R in R&D.
You feel comfortable with a Linux environment.
Fluent in English knowledge of Dutch or French are important assets.
