Want to be a part of our team?We are currently looking for a “Senior Splunk Engineer” to join Professional Services, to service our clients in the design and implementation of the solutions in our portfolio. Working at NTT As part of the Professional Service department, you will be integrated in a dynamic team. As Senior Splunk Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering IT infrastructure projects through close contact with our Dimension Data clients. As Senior Splunk Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible to deliver Operation Management projects to Dimension Data clients. Most of the projects involve a combination of the following modules: Splunk IT service intelligence Splunk Insights for Infrastructure Splunk Enterprise Security Other monitoring solutions (f.i. CA UIM) Network, Server and Application environments This position will include the design of new infrastructures, supporting the operational teams (f. e. Dimension Data Cloud teams) during implementation and assisting the support team during troubleshooting and problem solving. The team also provides training to other teams within Dimension Data Belgium and for clients. Understand client requirements from technical and business perspectives Work with our clients to define project designs and provide recommendations Write implementation steps which will be used by the operation team Support the operation team during migrations and configurations Participate in solving technical issues in collaboration with the support team Maintain and update customer documentation Understanding of the ITIL principals is a plus What will make you a good fit for the role?
