We are looking to expand our SAP practice with people with a strong and extensive knowledge in SAP Finance.
You have a financial background and you have at least 5 years of SAP Finance experience? You eagerly await a new challenge using the latest SAP technology and you are willing to lead a (small) group of consultants working on a project?
Then come and join us as a Senior Consultant.
What you’ll do:
Organize and conduct interviews and workshops that are prepared to take maximum advantage, particularly by setting objectives ahead of time
Define the roles and responsibilities within the team
Rigorously and logically analyse problems by using DXC’s tools and methods and challenge the analyses of less senior consultants
Synthesize the analyses, point out potential impacts, identify possible solutions as well as each one’s pros and cons and make your own recommendations
Write and review the team’s deliverables with professionalism considering the clients’ needs, the context and the nature of the contacts being addresses
Take responsibility for a work package and organizing the team’s work and commit to the expected results in terms of quality, deadlines and cost
Become familiar with and understand the client’s business sector and/or function as well as the customers’ competitive environment and transformational issues
Act as an expert in your field for the client and as such develop a relationship of trust with their contacts/management
Assist less senior consultants, help peers when they are facing challenges and lead training sessions in your area of expertise (Knowledge Sharing Sessions)
Carry out/participate in drawing up business proposals
Who you are:
A Bachelor/Master degree with strong affinity to (Business) engineering, economics and/or IT
You have at least 5 years of recognized experience in SAP Finance
Speaking convincingly by communicating in a clear, concise manner and handle objections assertively
Knowing how to organize a moderately complex mission, determine its deliverables, monitor quality and ensure deadlines are met and how to lead a (small) group of consultants
Demonstrating relational intelligence to collet information that is difficult to obtain
Staying calm in tense situations and as such able to adapt your speech to your audience
Managing autonomously your mission as well as the resources within your project and taking responsibility for the outcome of the activities entrusted to you
Understanding the client’s organizational and decision-making logic with an eye for business development opportunities
Guiding less senior consultants in different areas
Enthusiastic about sharing your experiences with peers, informally or formally, and integrate them into offer development work and/or using them to propose ideas for new opportunities
Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English, French is a bonus
