Your Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
This role is based in Belgium which has a landscape of 6 sites including 1 Headquarter, remotely controlled by one access control system, more than 45 buildings, 15 manufacturing units, 12 000 internal clients, 150 000 annual visitor and one emergency dispatching center (security operation center).

This role works under the supervision of the Global Vaccines security Director in Belgium to manage and maintain the crisis and Continuity Plan and associated testing, training, and materiel readiness for Belgium GSK Vaccines. The Senior manager Security risk & CCM will lead the CCM processes across different business of GSK located in Belgium. Partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, security resources, and external emergency response resources the CCM manager will develop, execute and maintain a comprehensive crisis and BCP program that prepares GSK for potential crisis and mitigates impact. This person will be responsible for building a "best in class" CCM plan.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop working relationships with the Business to oversee and support operational ownership of BCP/CCM response capability
* Evaluate business risk for Belgium and design strategic plans to counter significant threats
* Collaborate across corporate functions (e.g. Security, EHS) to ensure alignment on requirements and support
* Manage systems that evaluate compliance with global CCM policy and procedures
* Influence initiatives and decision making based on current and emerging risk landscapes
* Collaborate across the entire enterprise to properly and accurately capture / articulate the business risks and design incident, crisis and continuity strategies that mitigate those risks
* Ensure that functional unit plans are scoped, documented, maintained, tested and updated on a periodic basis;
* Direct GSK Belgium response to an actual or potential crisis / BCP event by arranging resources, facilitating contingency operations, managing communications with internal and external audiences, and preparing after-action reports.
* Support line of business questions and need for information and assistance, through accurate and timely feedback and problem resolution. Determine root cause and develop and implement program changes to avoid a repeat of the problem or issue.
* Train and communicate effectively to the lines of business regarding company standards. Support line of business adoption of company standards through common methods and procedures.
* Facilitate preparedness meetings with business leadership, effectively communicating disaster preparedness planning objectives, challenges, and action steps.
* Support crisis management team as needed.
* Implement the training program and the table exercise

Why You?Basic qualifications:
* Degree of equivalent experience / qualification (area of specialization: Law enforcement, military, Police, Business, Security / Government Agencies)
* Former roles which have demonstrated leadership and delivery skills
* Senior security / police / military / agency roles which require at a senior level
* Preferably Experience of CCM / BCP
* Experience of senior level briefing / influencing
* Preferably hold a clearance from the Belgian National Security Authority (NSA)
* Linkage to external senior stakeholders (Law Enforcement, Security Peers)
* French language is a must
