  • Reporting to the Tender & Contract Manager FraBeNe: in charge of managing pricing in SAP on a country-level, which includes base pricing, pricing linked to agreements, optimal usage of SAP depending on local business needs, customer and product maintenance in SAP as well as support on pricing-related product from a local business perspective for all Business Units.
  • Also year-end pricing and all related communication to the internal and external stakeholders.
  •  Possibly temporary support to NL-team (from Belgium) for pricing input and on how to use SAP for pricing in the most optimal and efficient way, including (if needed because of changing market environment) training internal stakeholders on how the pricing, product and customer management in SAP is done.
  •  He/she takes on a role within projects that are related to this local pricing, customer and product setup in SAP.
  • He/she makes pricing offers demanded by the customer or sales rep.
  • He/she continuously professionalizes the department by revising the current way of working.
  • The role ensures maximum cooperation with other all other departments: Tenders & Contracts for agreements, Product Management for Base Pricing, Sales for specific customer pricing, Logistics when it comes to product changes and Customer service for pricing complaints and several other topics.

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure into an unstructured and inefficient way of working
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office-programs
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP when it comes to pricing, products and customers
  • Experience of working successfully in a matrix organization
  • Experience in the field of medical devices or in pharmaceutical company is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
