Summary: you will be part of an international sales and operations team with a focus on analyzing and maintaining records of sales and commission data through various sources.
Analyse and assess accuracy of sales data, create reporting for management and sales
Collaborate with sales teams on resolving commission-related issues
Summarize and submit commission data for supervision
Interact with funding departments on personnel and appraisal-related issues
Maintain accurate periodic records of commissions.
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization, ideally with a first experience in finance
Master/Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, finance or equivalent through experience
Proficient in Excel, Power BI or Tableau
You are an organized and analytical person with positive energy to connect and communicate with people. You have a desire to continuously learn and grow on a personal and team-oriented level
Languages: English + any EU language is a plus
