As the market leader, ENGIE Cofely manages and maintains numerous technical facilities across Belgium. From air conditioning, electricity and lighting to transport systems in airports, sport and leisure complexes, swimming pools, offices, hospitals, industrial buildings and more. We also provide full energy management services for customers' buildings, as well as facility services (such as telephony management, catering, cleaning, handymen, maintenance of green areas and much more) for many organisations and companies.
Your mission
* you will be part of the Sales Account Department within ENGIE Cofely. As Sales Account Manager for IFM in Belgium, you will be responsible for the acquisition and follow-up of customers who are interested in IFM services (hard + soft services)
* helping the Strategy Department to determine the IFM strategy, drawing up a prospecting plan and developing the necessary marketing support
* offering to help the Strategy Department to develop new products and enhance IFM services (EN15221 standard)
* contacting the prospective customers identified in the prospecting plan, explaining the IFM services and arousing their interest
* devising offers for interested prospective customers and answering public calls for tenders
* discussing and justifying these offers with prospective customers
* conducting contractual negotiations to reach an agreement with customers
* keeping in touch with customers while the contract is carried out to see if they would like to buy any additional products or services
* regularly contacting the operational teams responsible for executing the contract
* keeping up to date with developments in the IFM industry and regularly performing comparison and benchmarking exercises for the sector

* you have a master's degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent experience
* you have at least five years' experience in sales or the operational management of IFM service contracts
* you are a motivated sales hunter
* you speak Dutch, French and English, and are a good communicator and negotiator
* you are analytical, cope well with stress and can work to strict deadlines
* you are a team player and passionate about sales
* you are driven and enthusiastic
