You perform walk sit down to collect data fields (Tags, supplier reference, model, technical characteristics)
You verify alignment between P&ID and shopfloor. Execute modification (paper form) if necessary.
You realize RCM, Reverse RCM, EMP on equipments
You update maintenance plan & EHS plan & INL plan & C&M plan / BOM / articles in CMMS
You review the structure of equipment’s in CMMS
You search critical spares parts in the data base, perform quotation and creation of articles (from suppliers) if necessary.
You propose and adapt the level of spare parts if necessary
You demonstrate technical expertise by escalating the anomalies observed during GEMBA / shopfloor observations (ex: Leakage, poorly positioned insulation,...)
Engineering degree at BSc/MSc level
Education in reliability engineering and/or maintenance management
Minimum of 3-5 years demonstrable experience in reliability engineering
Experience with CMMS, preferably SAP
Working Knowledge of maintenance contracts and spare parts management
Knowledge of condition based performance monitoring system
Skilled in Maintenance methodologies like RBI, RCM, FMECA and CBM and corresponding tools
Skilled in Root Cause Failure Finding techniques such as RCA
Ability to work under pressure, solve challenges, get support and make decisions.
Good interpersonal communication skills, negotiation skills
