We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator, based in Brussels.
In cooperation with the Recruitment Team, the Recruitment Administrator provides general supports to the general recruitment process.
He/she supports multiple projects in the recruitment portfolio both in the Technical and Non-Technical arena.
The duties include the performance of general administration and specific tasks for the projects.
The specific tasks assigned to this duty mainly comprise the preparation of various types of formal project-related documents, such as the preparation of CV templates.
Record all information relating to the recruitment process and provide this information on request; update both candidate & customer information and store / maintain template documents,
Record Candidate and Customer communication on the internal Database system.
Ensure the proper setup and follow up of Recruitment related meetings.
The duty includes the proper capturing of important discussion items, preparation of minutes and follow up of any logistical arrangements and preparation of meetings.
Undertake administrative tasks related to projects in strict compliance with Serco's administrative regulations and legal constraints.
Any other additional tasks related to the projects or the overall management of the portfolio.
The main tasks of the Recruitment team is to recruit new talent for the different projects inside the EU institutions, NATO and the Belgian Defence. The work atmosphere is very international and dynamic.

Formal administrative qualification or equivalent work experience to perform the tasks above.
Formal commercial / vocational qualification or formal qualifications in business studies, administration or another relevant subject;
Knowledge and skills:
Demonstrable experience in an administration or Recruitment team within a fast paced, high demand environment.
Ability to follow administrative procedures, and understand the underlying processes,
Demonstrable experience in the independent preparation of meetings and taking minutes and coordinating administrative activities, as well as preparing administrative documents as described above;
Knowledge of project management basic terminology and related processes would be an asset;
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent command of English with high level written ability (English is the working language at Serco).
Good command of French with written ability.
