R&D e-Com Project Manager (F/M)

Your day-to-day responsibilities include

  • Coordinate and lead project steering committees with key partners (mainly from operations and customer services)
  • Own and drive the continuous improvement plan on stability, uptime, performance, automation, efficiency and cost reduction for IT systems and processes, addressing problems, delivery issues and future demands
  • Communicate regularly the project's progress with all involved parties (including customers) 
  • Coordinate pilot projects & roll-outs with end customers
  • Identify road blocks and escalate arbitration
  • Define success criteria & metrics of the development platform
  • You tackle risks and issues, have mitigating measures in place and provide timely updates to your partners
  • Detect & facilitate Tribe impediments (internal/external) and manage cross-squads dependencies
  • With Tribe's Product Owners and R&D squads, build and maintain comprehensive Tribe visual roadmap and pipeline of predictable epics
  • With several R&D stakeholders, identify key improvements and be a change agent to implement it (strong collaboration with Scrum Masters and IT Tribe Leads is required): Potential "ad-hoc" Scrum Master role will be required
  • With product and other business stakeholders, exchange to prepare controlled roll-out of your projects

  • Functional or technical background in Payments, Banking or Finance
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Both negotiator and strong team player with Tribe peers and beyond IT landscape
  • Skills we like

  • Knowledge of Ingenico Brussels Online Payment Platform and its technical landscape is a strong asset: Tribe's scope could be linked with middle ware component refactoring or acquirer connections scope
  • Background experience on working with development teams (IT)
  • Knowledge of process management is a plus
  • Results-orientated, ability to tackle problems, business maturity, values differences and diverse opinions
  • You have experience in managing external teams and offshore delivery groups
  • Project management certification (PMP/Prince2/Agile) is a plus
