More specifically, he/she is responsible for the implementation; launch and follow-up of innovative digital solutions to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency of AXA Assistance. You achieve your objectives by defining a scope, planning, effectively monitoring the project's progress and controlling the budget.Dimensions of roleThe mission covers 2 activities: E2E project management (including customer journey aspects) and analysis of the operational needs of the customer and the Business.Key responsibilitiesManaging the scope of the project: Clarify and specify the scope of the projectGather the needs to identify or specify the scope of the project (market insights, business requirements,...)Formalise its own understanding of the project and validate it with the clientCoordinate the realisation of the project charter and the business caseIdentify and formalise the exact perimeter of the projectDeveloping the project structure: To enable the project to get off the ground.Describe the work methodology (Waterfall, Agile, etc.). 2.Organising governance Describe the customer journey and ensure its feasibility (Legal, GDPR,...)Describe the business requirements, if any, with the support of the IT team.
