Our partner located in the heart of Brussel and active in digital communication is looking for a Product Owner to strengthen their team.
You are in charge of managing projects for the development of new services, their evolution and the management of their quality and capacity.
You work with the Product Planning team to offer and maintain services that meet and anticipate the needs of users.
Listens to customers and manages their expectations with an eye to the scope of your projects.
Drafts specifications, evaluates bids and oversees the proper execution of contracts.
You will manage the development of projects in compliance with internal procedures.
You will be responsible for reporting on the progress of the projects under your responsibility and for proactive communication with the various stakeholders.
Manages and ensures that the new services meet the criteria for bringing them into production and for operational support, aligned with the service levels offered to users.
Work with the Integration & Release team to bring the services into production and their evolution.
You oversee the capacity of the infrastructure to meet the needs of the end users.
You will organize the continuous evaluation of the relevance of the services for which you are responsible so that they remain in line with the evolving expectations of users.
You are responsible for studying, proposing and implementing changes to the services for which you are responsible, from the point of view of their maintenance (evolutionary and corrective).
You provide support to the Technical & Operations Department in solving problems and with a view to preventing incidents or reducing their impact.
You have at least 5 years of experience in managing ICT projects and are familiar with working according to Agile development methods.
Knowledge of the operation of emergency and security services is an advantage.
Knowledge of French as a second language is necessary, and you have a good knowledge of technical English.
