Reporting line: The Product Manager will report to the BUD Innovative Medicines


Primary objective of this role is to take full charge of the digital/multichannel approach of the innovative medicines portfolio in Belux, closely collaborating with the other product managers and cross-functional teams, to remain successful and bring more hope to the BeLux patients.
(S)he will be member of the brand teams. Focus on Eliquis and Zeposia, other brands might be added in the near future.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • In collaboration with the Product Managers CardioVascular (CV) and Immunology (IM) as well as the multichannel marketer at our Alliance Partner, lead and drive the development and implementation of the fully integrated multichannel strategy that meets the needs of our stakeholdersincrease our points of contact with customersshare contentoptimize current digital strategy and activities
  • As part of the multi-disciplinary brand teams contributing to the marketing strategy of the products and indications assigned to the different brand teams in close collaboration with other brand team member (Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Alliance partners).
  • Develop impactful and persuasive marketing and communication strategies towards the target audience (HCP´s, payers and other stakeholders) according to the healthcare compliance rules in place
  • Liaise with external relations (communication agency, internet agency, etc.) regarding development of multi channel projects and follow up on budgets for these projects.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key customers.
  • Contribute at a wider European level to help shape future strategy in close partnership with EU colleagues.
  • Keep updated on new trends in Sales & Marketing within the Pharmaceutical business and Increase internal multichannel capabilities and knowledge
  • Work in accordance to BMS processes and procedures regarding digital marketing, and in close collaboration with the Digital Hub.
  • Job knowledge, skills and experiences:

  • Digital and multi-channel experience for +3y. Experience in bio-pharma is an asset.
  • Ability to acquire rapidly strong product and disease knowledge.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing, implementing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet goals.
  • Proven capabilities by education or experience in digital and IT
  • Technical IT skillset, experienced in working with different IT systems
  • Experienced and proven track record in developing and implementing a multi-channel marketing strategy with focus on customer journey and customer satisfaction
  • Strong personal drive, ‘can do’ attitude, able to set right objectives and priorities.
  • Highly effective organizer who can prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders with ease, working effectively in complex situations.
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset combined with great communication skills (active listening approach and open communication).
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French. Able to lead meetings in all 3 languages.

    Office: Avenue de Finlande 4, 1420 Braine L’Alleud. During pandemic, working remotely, aligned with Covid-19 guidance locally. After pandemic, 50% teleworking allowed on 2 weeks (as for all employees)
