* Drive sourcing strategy for the Hard and Soft Facilities management category (catering, security, general building maintenance, etc…) * Structure the relationship with company stakeholders in order to allow alignment, optimization and efficacy of sourcing aspects on global facilities scope for Vaccines * Consolidate, find synergies with the others Category Leads across all GSK business units * Represent procurement strategy and best practices to the Engineering & maintenance teams at sites levels * Drive supplier performance improvement and reduce total cost by leveraging supplier capabilities; * Develop and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers as global supplier relationship manager; * Ensure compliance with the procurement process; * End to End procurement responsibilities from sourcing to execution for the Hard and Soft Facilities management category o Make or buy approach (insourcing/outsourcing) o Support the category strategy: strategy definition & endorsement, sourcing, preferred vendors management, contracting & implementation, market knowledge, benchmarking o Execute the category management: SRM, BRM, stakeholder management, performance monitoring and improvement. o Execute the category operational management: Invitation to Tender, Purchase Order approval, invoice & contract management, contractors sponsors - Change Order Form management, claim, other issues -, Contract close-out) * Extend category coverage at international level and support local sites: sharing strategy, sharing knowledge and best practices, * Drive corporate strategy definition and implementation for Hard & soft facilities services globally to optimize a spend of more than 100mi€ * Deliver opportunities that exist in this area, whether through better management of suppliers, or deployment of solutions more adapted to the business needs, or creation and implementation of sourcing strategies aiming at accelerating value creation for the business; * Structure the relationship with internal stakeholders to allow alignment, optimization and efficacy of sourcing aspects * Drive X-site governance and performance review of Key suppliers * Extend category coverage cross sites and build trust cross GSK entities * Drive category innovation through innovative outsourcing models * Promote innovation and ideas coming from the supplier base to challenge internal mindset, to reduce cost and planning * Contribute to elaborate strategic sourcing plan to support GSK growth * Leverage at corporate level suppliers performance by influencing key suppliers executives, setting goals and objectives and aligning both suppliers and GSK resources to obtain the desired results * Develop trust internally and externally by managing strategic relationships with key suppliers & key internal stakeholders * Develop cost benchmark for the category in order to improve procurement impact on negotiation and costs * Optimize legal contractual documents * Position Procurement as a strong business value partner with internal stakeholders in Belgium and at international level * Ensure compliance to procedures and highest level of ethical standards; protect GSK interests whilst not compromising relationship with internal clients * Develop a risk mitigation action plan (RMAP) and follow up for successful implementation
Master level degree in business/procurement or similar. Life sciences / capex background is a plus - 10 years' experience in Procurement Preferred qualifications: * Have an excellent understanding about technical categories (e.g. engineering services, building services, process equipment, electricity, civil works) * Deep knowledge of Facility Management * Strategic sourcing: set-up of long term strategy for category management (market analysis RFI, RFQ, contract development, contract management, supplier relationship management) * Fluent in French & English * SAP, MS Office * Lean culture is a plus * Experience with a BPO partner is a plus -* Soft Skills * Flexible thinking: structured, creative, conceptual thinker, capable of identifying new solutions and more efficient ways of working, with a continuous improvement mindset * high level of communication & influencing skills that will enable you to create and build relationships transversally across the GSK network * Strong synthesis and analytical skills, ability to extract key information from complex data or situations * Result, value and performance oriented * Agility to work across various categories and wide panel of stakeholders at different levels * Strong communicator skills * Excellent negotiation skills * Project management skills * Can work with limited supervision: autonomous and strong sense of priorities
