Process Improvement and IT Projects Manager


  • You coordinate and document the business processes and together with the business application manager, the different IT application owners and business stakeholders, you identify process improvements. 
  • You are responsible for the management of one or more projects. You ensure delivery on time, quality and budget. You manage the project plan timescales and delivery milestones as well as the Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies.
  • You oversee and manage interdependencies between different projects and ensure resolution of conflicts in co-operation with the business application manager
  • You monitor that all testing evidence and documentation with regards to computerized system validation (CSV) are delivered.
  • You keep yourself up to date with the latest developments and insights
  • You are a member of the IT management team and will report to the Corporate IT Director.
  • You will closely work together with cross departmental key-users in the business ( Finance, Materials Management, Purchasing) as well as with the other Application Owners in the Business Solutions team.

  • You have a master's degree in a business or science oriented direction or similar through experience
  • You can demonstrate min 5 years experience of managing projects in an international context.
  • You can demonstrate experience in functional analysis and design.
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment, working at the intersection of technology and business.
  • You enjoy working with people at all levels in the organization.
  • You like to learn and develop yourself
  • You are flexible, a problem solver and a team player
  • You have an analytical mindset and you are stress resistant
  • You are organized and have good planning skills
  • You have good communication and presentation skills and are fluent in English (written as well as spoken), any other language is considered as a plus.
