- Challenging & aligning the different processes across all operational teams in Customer Service.
- Responsible for the deliverance and maintenance of all CS Work Instructions, Work Methods and guidelines.
- Monitoring the quality, use and performance of the different Work Instructions, Work Methods and guidelines and the continuous improvement of them.
- Ensure that processes about new offers, products or systems are documented.
- Facilitate continuous end-to-end CS process improvements by challenging, advising and aligning different operational teams on a reactive and proactive way in different platforms.
