Then you might be glad to know that we are looking for an enthusiastic Dutch speaking m/f Presales Engineer : Your challenge: As technical-commercial advisor, you collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Managers to provide the high qualitative technical-commercial part of a feasible tailored proposal which answers the customer needs and in-life customer experience expectations. Also, you play a proactive and a consultative role towards the customers and prospects during the strategic definition and elaboration of their Telecom, ICT and Business needs and during the preparation phase of their tenders (RFP’s). You analyze, define and qualify the customer needs during the sales cycle, using Solution Selling and Challenger Sales Methodology. You translate these needs into a high qualitative and customized proposal based on validated Orange internal building blocks, sometimes extended with external building blocks from Orange partners. You furthermore take care of the business cases of complex projects with fixed components. You contribute with technical-commercial input to the answer on complex RFPs, following the Bid Process which is lead and orchestrated by a Bid Manager. As quality gatekeeper for the customer experience during and after delivery, you have the solution validated by the right departments concerning content, budget, timing and in-life support of the project. Afterwards, you hand over all information towards the Business Solution Delivery Manager, Customer Service Manager and, where needed, towards in-life support teams during an internal kick-off after contract signature. Follow up of ongoing implementations and take corrective actions related to Pre-Sales subjects (internally and/or towards the customer) if needed. Last but not least, you report customer feedback on services and pricing, as well as customer needs and market evolution towards the Marketing department. You contribute as a Pre-Sales point of contact to product and service developments lead by Marketing. Your profile: University degree (Master degree) or Bachelor degree in engineering or ICT. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function or in a System Engineer role You speak very fluently French with a good knowledge of Dutch and English You have an in depth knowledge of the Mobile (2G, 3G,4G,5G), Fix voice (VoIP, PBX) and Fix Data (TCP/IP, MPLS, SD-WAN, W(LAN), Ethernet) technologies. You also have ICT broad background knowledge in Security, Cloud, UCC Commercial: Strong commercial bases in order to qualify present and support the sales forces during the complete sales cycle of a project. You are able to bring over the Orange Belgium vision and strategy, and to explain the Orange Belgium positioning compared to the competitors. As project manager, you translate the customer needs into a project with deliverables to follow up and have strong process management approach.
