This position is funded by the Walloon government and UCB with a starting date 01-05-2019. The aim is to understand underlying mechanisms of mTOR pathways in drug resistant epilepsy and validate the identified targets and pathways in hiPSC-derived neurons. This will require to develop new technologies and assays with various molecular, cellular and electrophysiological approaches. In order to achieve this goal we are seeking a highly skilled, lab-based post-doc scientist in neuroscience, ideally with expertise in the epilepsy field. The successful candidate will develop new technologies and assays with various molecular, cellular and electrophysiological approaches.
