Attractive part-time position for an experienced PC Support Agent who's looking for a flexible job within a great work environment (EU institutions) in the center of Brussels.

Role Responsibility

Tasks of the service provider :
* Following up of queues in the Support Management Tool (SMT)
* Proactively monitoring of WAN network connections, servers and LAN ports for interrupts of service and bandwidth use.
* Intervention on Software incidents, Network incidents, Hardware incidents, other incidents (videoconference, logistic, administrative)
* Help Desk for end users in the Representations
* Answering questions from end-users in the Representations
* Coaching of end-users in the Representations (remotely and hands-on)
* Remote control of equipment (workstations, servers, ... others)
* Directly intervening on equipment (workstations, printers, … others)
* Installation and configuration of mobile equipment (laptops, smartphones, tablets)
* Installation and configuration of other IT equipment
* Basic installation and updates of equipment

The Ideal Candidate

Part-time PC Support Agent (Central Brussels)
* Fluent in French and English.
* Proven experience with support of remote sites. (Minimum experience = 8 Years)
* Available for a long term part-time assignment 20h/week (Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday) in central Brussels (Art-Loi).
