Operational Excellence Analyst – Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting

KitchenAid SDA EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa)

We are looking for a dynamic resource to be part of the Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement team to support the change management initiatives in KitchenAid EMEA Operations, by providing the business with better visibility and understanding, quicker. He/She will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain team by creating analytics and tools to increase transparency and visibility across E2E supply chain. Both via Self Service Analytics tool and with the support of the Global/EMEA Information System Team. This role interacts closely with the Global SC team and the other global corporate functions, to make sure to leverage on the full set of skill set and resources of Whirlpool Corporation and share the improvements with all the organization.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Be the owner of the Supply Chain KPIs cockpit, ensuring its maintenance and continuous improvement both in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Understand the requirements of the business functions and translate them into reports. He will be clarifying what to measure and how to measure it, formalizing the logic of the reports and identifying the right sources of information. 
  • Be responsible to evaluate the complexity of a certain report or analysis and recommend whether to work on it with the available business tools or with the support of our IT team. Evaluating the trade off between costs, reliability and time to readiness. 
  • Support the business in creating reports via Self Service Tools (Google Sheet, Google Datastudio, Tableau). Those could be prototypes to simplify and speed up external developments or stable and reliable tools used by the business in the day by day
  • Be the contact point between the business and our Global/EMEA Information System and external suppliers for every project or initiative related to more advanced analytics and reports. He will be responsible for drafting and formalizing the requirements, monitor the project timeline and budget and assure delivery in time and quality. 
  • Be the owner of the reports, data architecture and data sources used by the supply chain 
  • Support Continuous Improvements Activities by providing data and indicators to measure the progress against
  • Promote a data-driven culture by delivering training and coaching the business functions 
  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have a Master degree preferably in Engineering or Economics
  • You have +2 years of experience in roles connected to Supply Chain Analytics 
  • You have experience with Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics
  • You have knowledge of supply chain processes and concepts (Logistics, Planning & Inventory Management, Order Management)
  • You have great leadership skills with the ability to engage people and to provide positive and constructive feedback to build positive relationships and to improve business results
  • You are able to set priorities & meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • You are a team player & like being part of an international dynamic team
  • You are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
  • You have solid experience working with MS Office (Google Workplace is a plus)
  • You have solid experience with reporting tools and services (SAP BI, Tableau, Datastudio)
  • You have experience with coding languages SQL, Javascript. 
  • You are an entrepreneurial person with strong analytical skills, putting the customer at the centre of your efforts and constantly seeking improvements
  • You have strong communication skills both verbally and spoken
  • You are flexible & able to work in a changing & challenging environment
  • You are stress resistant
