Our client is an international company specialized in installation, maintenance and modernisation of electromechanical systems. To reinforce its own structure located in Liège area, we're currently searching for a Manager who will be responsible for the development and profitability of the New Installations Department.

Directly reporting to the General Manager, The new installations Manager is responsible for its own Department. You will manage the new installations business respecting the defined objectives/strategy and budgets and ensuring the management of teams (workers and team leader). The responsibilities are quite large: Plan and organise operations according to the resources and requirements of the clients; Selecting, evaluating and managing subcontractors; Manage and motivate technical teams (6 people); evaluation & development of teams; Ensure customer satisfaction; Implement and monitor all development activities involved in the prevention, safety and quality; validate quotations and offers; assure the profitability of your Department; supervision of field commissioning; responsible for the respect of internal policies and security obligations.
