Network & Security Engineer Level 3 (F/M)

Position based inBrussels (Belgium)

Profile: intermediate.Bachelor's Degree + Master's Degree minimum. Technical network and securityprofile with more than 5 years' experience in a network and securityinfrastructure production (operation/RUN) environment in a data centre orcomplex environment.

Technical scope:

Operations and AdministrationLevel 3 Network and Security (Cisco routers and Nexus switches, F5, PaloAltoand Fortinet Firewalls, DNS Infoblox and AWS Route 53, Zscaler and Bluecoatproxy, connectivity with Amazon and Microsoft Cloud, Ansible automation, Pythonscripting).

Use of monitoring, logging andanalysis tools: Spectrum, Splunk, Netscout.

The profiles sought are thosethat can cover as many of these technologies as possible.

3. Asset management

4. Leading role

The level 3 operator plays aleading role in the team: he is the lead for one or more technologies and oneor more service platforms. To this end, the operator's duties are asfollows: 

üFull control of the referencescope (technical, inventory, use, etc.)

üGuarantee of the existence ofoperating procedures

üInvolvement in the projectphase and with the expertise team side lead, development of the reference scope

üRegular meetings with theService Delivery Manager responsible for the services in question

üSkills upgrade of the rest ofthe team

üContinuous improvement(monitoring, operating instructions, etc.)
