Your Responsibilities:
Job purpose:
Involved in the production process that includes maintenance of equipment to satisfy the needs of a manufacturing schedule according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Includes activities such as preventative and predictive maintenance, machine breakdown, fault-finding analysis, repair, metrology, optimization.

You will be responsible for:
- Maintenance of electric, electronic and mechanical manufacturing equipment
- Preventative and predictive maintenance
- Some C&M activities
- Repair and root cause analysis of equipment breakdown
- Records, reports maintenance and C&M work performed

Key responsibilities:
*Ensure preventive, predictive, curative and modificative maintenance of equipment and buildings in order to make sure of their maximum availability.
*Ensure the proper calibration of equipment under your responsibility.
In this frame, organizes and monitors performance indicators with the TS manager of the MPU.
*Make sure that cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), GMP procedures and recommendations from the authorities are respected.

Manage and document deviations:
*Play a key role in the cross-discipline effort by providing technical support to the deviation handling process (Root causes identification and selection of CAPAs in order to avoid recurrence of deviation with technical root causes).
*Ensure the integration of changes to maintenance operations when needed.
*Actively participates to external audits by answering to questions related to equipments under your responsibility.

Resolves audit actions:
*Makes sure that EHS standards and policies are respected.
Coordinates the setting in legal conformity of equipments under his responsibility.
*Maintains good maintenance and C&M practices by updating our procedures and the check-lists associated to them. Ensures redaction, training and follow-up of the procedures.
*For equipments under his responsibility, brings technical support on various technical problems.


Why You?Basic qualifications:
*Industrial / Civil engineer or equivalent

Required skills:
*Management experience is required
*Relevant technical knowledge within pharmaceutical or Food industry
*English is an asset

*min 5 years of experience in Technical Services (operational & project phase)
*If no university degree 15 years relevant experience is required
*knowledge in legal compliance and reliability
*knowledge of master data process of GSK
*knowledge of Maintenance excellence
