We’re looking for a talented Junior Supply Chain Consultant to join our Management Consulting department as part of our Operations team as from September 2021.
You'll work on a variety of projects to improve the supply chain, but also to make the entire business more agile. Want to make a difference? Are you collaborative, caring and daring? Passionate about delivering top-notch services in a digital environment? If this sounds like you, read on.
What you’ll learn and do
We offer young graduates the unique opportunity to take part in a two-year rotation programme which allows you to work in each of our four competence groups (Plan, Make, Source and Deliver).
You and your team of PwC Consultants will assist with the following aspects of the supply chain:
Develop and align sales, production, transportation and procurement
Optimise inventories to deliver the right service
Procurement and supplier management of goods and services
Optimise the production and distribution network from a cost, lead time and service perspective
Improve operations on the production floor via Lean programmes
Minimise costs and enhance product quality and efficiency
Optimise transportation and warehousing
Digitise and transform the end-to-end supply chain
Design and implement new planning and logistics processes
Who you are
Master's degree in (applied) economics, biological, civil or commercial engineering or another relevant economic major, possibly via a second master's degree in a business-oriented domain
Recent graduate degree or now completing your final year of studies
Analytical mind and lots of creativity
Proactive, client-oriented mindset
Ability to transform challenges into opportunities
Excellent communication skills
Eagerness to learn
Fluency in English and either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other
Available as from September 2021
