IT Workplace Engineer

o Operation and further development of Windows 10 releases and new features (Evergreen)
o Implementation of security requirements (policies, compliance monitoring, etc.)
o Integration of new hardware into ecosystem (Image, BIOS, driver, etc.)
o Integration and maintenance of Internet Browsers (Edge Chromium, Google Chrome, etc.)
o Integration, maintenance and testing of Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise (O365 Pro Plus)
o System and performance monitoring, analyses and preventive measures
o Ensuring 3rd level support
o Collaboration in local and global projects around the Workplace (Modern Workplace – Intune managed)
• Must have skills
▪ Good Windows 10 knowledge (OS, Security, Deployment, Application Mgmt, BIOS, Driver, etc.)
▪ Microsoft Group Policies
▪ Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise (O365 Pro Plus)
▪ Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune)
▪ Management of SCCM Applications, Packages, Tasksequences, etc.
▪ Knowledge of Active Directory and scripting (e.g. PowerShell)
• Nice to have skills
▪ Track record as Microsoft Engineer, Microsoft certification is an advantage
▪ Understanding of and enjoyment with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
▪ Good written and spoken English
▪ Requirements Engineering
▪ Process and service-oriented thinking and familiarity with the Incident, Problem and Change Management process (ITIL)
o Several years of experience in the field of digital workplace technologies
o General project experience
o Analytical skills, problem-solving competence as well as structured and goal-oriented approach to work
