IT Site Support Technician

The IT Technician is responsible for the setup, configuration,
troubleshooting, analysis, and repairing of computer systems, computer peripherals,
servers, backup systems, and infrastructure equipment.
He/She would :
*Troubleshoot and repair personal computer equipment and mobile devices, in person, remotely or via
*Analyze user related problems to determine problem source.
*Notify appropriate personnel of problem source and assist in the resolution.
*Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes to PC, peripherals and telephony equipment.
*Support and Troubleshoot Video Conference equipment.
*Provide hands on support for servers and network equipment.
*Provide support for Printers
*Manage the local IT asset inventory
*Prepare end of life personal computer and telephony equipment for disposal or return.
*Assist in Virus Remediation and security incident response
*Develop/maintain procedures for installation of computer hardware and software.
* Provide On-call / Out of hours support
* Respond to the Service Desk tickets within SLA time frame
* Provide support to other international sites when needed
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Information Sciences and Technology
Years of Experience
TSM knowledge and Web site design is a plus
French : Fluent
English : Good
