For our customer specialised in logistics, we are searching for an IT Infrastructure Manager to work in HQ in Antwerp. This manager will be part of an ICT Department consisting around twenty people. You'll have a team of five employees and report to overall ICT manager. Your team will be responsible for the network and server virtualization across the different sites, all server room installations at the different sites and third line management for operations. Furthermore, you'll be expected to work closely with the manager of the development team.

As my client's IT Infra Manager you will supervise IT-related projects, as well as improve and optimize the use of the current ICT resources.

Your task will mainly consist of being responsible for the following:

designing, monitoring and optimizing of the ICT infrastructure in consultation with the ICT team;

working out projects and structure changes within your sector;

maintaining the infrastructure of the different sites;

guiding and advising your employees.

For this vacancy, I'm looking for the following qualities in my candidate:

about 4 years of experience as a System and/or Network Engineer;

proven experience with project management, as a technical team member or PM;

experience in leading and advising a team;

knowledge or experience concerning:

virtualization (VMWare, Citrix / RDS), cloud integration

clustered Exchange environment. HyperV, VEAAM, SCCM

Windows server technologies and services (AD, TCP/IP, etc.)

MS SQL server, Power BI, SSRS, etc. is a plus

Storage Management, EMC (VNX)

the hardware domains: DELL, CISCO (for client, server and network).
