We are looking for the right person to strengthen our IT Commercial EU & International Markets team (G2M). We are looking for an  IT G2M Omnichannel & Digital Lead  whom has a good understanding of pharma commercial activities & marketing dynamics.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Drive digital transformation projects focusing on omnichannel and automation (e.g. Salesforce Marketing cloud journey (SFMC) builder, email studio, interaction studio, advertising studio, emailing tool, apps, remote engagement, etc.) & Veeva CRM (e.g. HCP engagement channel management) that will enable a better customer experience & engagement
  • Ensure an integrated 360-degree healthcare professionals (HCPs) view and that all channels are well integrated within the CRM so that those can be consumed by AI & BI capabilities. Your goal will be to partner up with the brand teams in order to create the right customer journey in a personalised manner trying to automate activities
  • Manage projects ensuring successful implementation within agreed cost, schedule, and quality targets with the support of consultants that you would manage
  • Guide and influence the omnichannel strategy and decisions by thinking long-term, demonstrating adaptability and bringing focus to the complexity
  • Partner up with business stakeholders (Commercial teams, Operations teams, etc.) in various regions to identify areas of improvement and innovation in the CRM & Omnichannel dimension
  • Partner with IT teams, Architecture, Digital Factory, Operations, and support, at all steps of the project lifecycle to ensure consistency in tools and standards, smooth set up of solutions and appropriate transition to support and operations
  • Manage closely the near-shore SFMC, CRM & Omnichannel operations team and to monitor the service delivery
  • Scout technology trends, assessments and setup of new CRM and Omnichannel capabilities (Salesforce Studios, Veeva CRM, Vault, engagement channels, etc.)

  • Qualifications: 5-8 years’ experience with master level in IT or business-relevant discipline and are fluent in English.
  • Technology: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified preferred, with an experience in CRM (Salesforce or Veeva). You have demonstrated mastery of CRM and Omnichannel business processes and how these can be technologically enabled. You also have knowledge on the lifecycle of IT solutions with a foundational awareness of security, configuration, infrastructure concepts, AI, reporting and data structures.
  • Management: Able to manage complex projects end-to-end from stakeholder, budget, scope to resource under tight deadlines while following established procedures and best practices to ensure long term success.
  • Collaborative: Highly collaborative and able to build strong relationships with Commercial and IT stakeholders. You are willing to share knowledge, best practices, and key priorities. You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Business acumen: Able to think of the ‘big picture’ and act both strategically and tactically. You are a decision-maker with sound business judgment who isn’t afraid to speak up and challenge status quo.
