Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Master in: Communications or Digital marketing in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.

Language requirement: English, French

Other requirements:

We are looking for someone who:

  • has strong communication skills, preferably with an educational background in communications.
  • is creative and able to use basic programmes (e.g. PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, Windows Movie Maker or Camtasia ) to create communication assets
  • is in the 1st or 2nd year of a Master in Communications, Digital marketing with a Specialization in Community Management, digital Media, Pub, PR.
  • is fluent in French and has excellent command of written and verbal English .
  • is able to write clearly with an audience-centric mindset
  • is ethically grounded due to the nature of information that you will be in contact with.
  • with a keen attention to details.
  • is deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment.
  • Likes to take initiative, working in a small team and who can focus on delivering assigned work.
  • Start date: January 2022

    Duration: 3 months

    Requisite : The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

    Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

    What will you do?

    On our internship programme you’ll receive tailored on-the-job training from industry experts combined with early responsibility to help you to develop and progress.

    Your duties might include:

  • You’ll participating in improving the Disruptive Innovation content strategies and produce highly engaging static and animated/video content tailored to our internal scientific audiences.
  • You’ll collaborate with the Communication & Engagement specialist and communicators across the R&D business to produce content and develop ongoing communication campaign and assets: slides, visual/video assets, content for social media (Workplace platform, LinkedIN). The content itself is scientific in nature and focuses on disruptive innovation. Content channels include Facebook Workplace, Power Apps, digital display, event, email and LinkedIn.
  • Produce and write high-quality and engaging stories for internal audiences
  • You’ll help managing timelines, and content launch execution in conjunction with the Communication & Engagement Specialist, ensuring that final assets are activated on-brand and on-time.
  • Use analytics and tools (Power BI) to advise and inform social media engagement/content plans
  • Assist in organising internal events within GSK
  • Any other ad hoc tasks that may be required.
