Internship After Sales department

You will be working as a project assistant in the After Sales Department at Bosch Thermotechnology Belgium in Mechelen. Your main responsibility will be to support the management team in improvement projects and some administrative tasks, where u can definitely further develop your creative and analytical skills. You will also sometimes interfere as back-up for the customer care team, which will be an opportunity to improve and develop your customer service skills. You will evaluate current processes which need to be optimized. You will work on development of a competence management system to manage the skill development of our service technicians (e.g analysis of nominal-actual comparison). You will spend most of your time creating follow-ups towards concrete process improvements
Wat jou onderscheidt
You are currently a student (international business management, marketing, industrial engineering, economical studies,…) and you are interested in customer services and the optimization of processes. You have gained some practical experience and you are confident in taking an active and creative approach. You have excellent communication skills and you are able to work in a team. Furthermore you are very well-organized and flexible and you can work independently and efficiently.
You have practical knowledge of IT systems/MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel or MS Access). Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory. French is a plus.
