Human resources analyst

In Brussels located our client operating in the energy services, a French multinational company. They are looking for a human resources analyst responsible for the implementation and optimization of a correct remuneration policy.

Your position:

  • contribute to the management fo the annual performance evalutation processes,
  • Analysis of the benefits in collaboration with the partners (insurances, etc...),
  • Participate in the implementation of the mobility policy, as well as an apraisale project to prepare a full salary policy for all employees.
  • This is your profile:

  • Degree in human resources, accounting law, etc.
  • Experience in payroll or compensation and benefits is a must,
  • You are Dutch or French but have a good knowledge of the other language.
  • You are analytical, autonomous, and proactive.
