Global Digital Roadmap Manager (Freelance)
Huntsman have a rare opportunity for an innovative and technically savvy Project Manager with a passion for identifying and implementing business improvements, to join our Performance Products Division at our Regional Head Offices in Everberg.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will be tasked with leading the development and execution of a Digital Roadmap to support the 3 year strategic plan to optimize business performance and progress a digital culture and dexterity within our business.
As the Global Digital Roadmap Manager, you will:
Development and delivery of the digital roadmap within our Performance Product Division globally by identifying business improvement projects and engaging a network of Digital coaches across the business.
Understand and leverage corporate and cross divisional digital initiatives whilst identifying new digital business ideas to support strategic objectives
Interface with Corporate IT Business Partners to ensure fit with IT enterprise policy and ability to execute improvement projects and develop new digital service offerings
Identify, develop and track the business value delivered by digital initiatives.
Build strong and effective relationships with functional and regional leadership teams to identify areas of improvements and implement creative digital solutions
Engage with a culturally and geographically diverse workforce building relationships with associates in both Manufacturing and Office based roles.
Manage a robust funnel of new projects and change management initiatives to deliver business improvements derived from the Digital Roadmap.
Introduce new ideas and tools to the organisation and educate the network of Digital Coaches.
Skills & Experience Required:
This position requires a Bachelor degree in a Business or IT discipline with previous experience in identifying and implementing Digital improvement projects within a manufacturing environment.
Extensive experience leading regional or global digital projects in a large B2B organisation with a focus on platforms such as SAP.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and use this identify opportunities which will deliver the most value to the business.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels within a global organisation.
Proven track record of business optimization with digital tools and delivering ROI for digital solutions.
This position is available either on a permanent or freelance / consultant basis. Global travel of ~20% is expected.
