Global A2R Strategy Sr. Finance Analyst

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Global A2R Sr. Finance Analyst. This position can be located in New Brunswick, NJ or at any J&J site within the US, Switzerland or Belgium. The occupant will need to be able to flex hours from time to time to work in eastern standard time as required for key meetings and deliverables.

The Global A2R Strategy Sr. Finance Analyst will be a member of the Path to Monthly Close (PTMC) workstream. The PTMC workstream supports the Standard A2R processes and enables innovation in the Close, Consolidations and External Reporting (CCER) space as part of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) program within Project SigniFi, Finance’s multi-year digital transformation journey. The candidate will support the overall PTMC workstream however will have a particular focus on Supply Chain and Enterprise related processes for a soft monthly close. He/she/they will be responsible for partnering across, the Finance Organization, including the various CCER and EPM workstreams, to define and drive an integrated approach.


  • Partner across the Finance organization to define solutions, resolve issues, update close documentation as well to ensure effective communication and change management plans are in place for relevant areas in PTMC scope
  • Track project plans, including identification and actioning of risks, associated with this initiative
  • Act as the coordinator for the Supply Chain PTMC sub-workstream to ensure integrated project plan
  • Support validation and hypercare activities for deployed changes
  • Present updates and recommendations to key stakeholders and facilitate meetings
  • Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA, CMA, MBA or other certifications preferred
  • A minimum of three years of finance, business experience or related leadership experience is required
  • Knowledge of general finance and accounting processes is preferred
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Enterprise processes is preferred
  • Collaborative and inquisitive style while working with a cross-functional organization, across various levels, is required
  • Ability to recommend, shape and influence outcomes are required
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, dynamic environment
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft PowerPoint is required
  • This position can be located in New Brunswick, NJ or at any J&J site within the US, Switzerland or Belgium, and may require up to 10% international travel
