The business unit Marketing & Sales plays a key role in the fast-changing energy market. It offers tailor-made solutions for each customer, characterized by quality and close support and acts through marketing subsidiaries and partnerships with local operators. They ensure a fresh perspective - not only with regard to the products we supply but also in relation to the way in which we provide them and our relationship with customers generally.

Your mission
* you are the SPOC for (SF) applications and e-services for all our internal customers
* you analyze and challenge the business requirements/briefings received from our internal customers
* you propose a functional solution in collaboration with all involved APM (Application Management) parties that meets the business requirements within the feasibility of our landscape
* you gather all the necessary information from the impacted business parties to introduce and manage an end-2-end or Front End (FE) change with a clear and complete briefing following the APM processes
* you build a business case in collaboration with involved parties to justify the change request
* you follow the developments and are responsible for the quality check of the delivered solutions by the Delivery team by executing acceptance and E2E tests before presenting the results to stakeholders
* you execute business acceptance and E2E tests and post-implementation tests in collaboration with the stakeholders based on test-scenarios for which you are responsible
* you execute regression tests during and/or after every release that can impact your applications/services
* you analyze incidents around Salesforce applications and identify the necessary actions to solve these incidents
* you report to the stakeholders/requestors about the progress of cases (changes and incidents), delivery dates and tasks that must be completed (testing, etc…)
* you monitor and analyze the logged issues, defects and questions to propose proactive improvements for the related Salesforce services, applications and processes
* you support the business by indicating the possibilities and limits of the applications and technologies used in our digital eco-system to maximize the profitability of our e-products and -services
* you identify improvement opportunities based on problem handling and best practices in the internet and digital environment through knowledge sharing with peers
* you participate in projects if your knowledge is mandatory in the concerning project

* university Degree or equivalent experience
* good technical background in Salesforce technology, or basic knowledge and the willingness to obtain more knowledge (training can be foreseen)
* understanding of Front-End and Back-End logic
* very good knowledge of English (technical provider is international with offices in several countries) next to French or Dutch
* strong passion in 'Digital' and motivated to evolve to a full digital integration with added value towards our customers
* strong passion for web in all its aspects (creative, communication, marketing & technical)
* understanding of the role Social Media plays in the online world
* listen, think and act with a customer mindset
* excellent communication and presentation skills
* stress resistant, maintain your efficiency and productivity when under pressure
* positive mindset and ready to accept fast changes in a strong evolving web environment
* assertive and autonomous
