Job description

As a Functional Analyst, you will be involved in IT transformation projects at our clients. You will study their processes and systems currently in place and find solutions to meet their new business requirements:

Understand the business requirements, analyze their impact and identify solutions to support the changes

Select the right solutions based scoring matrix in order to support the purchase decision of the client

Organize and run workshops with the client to write the functional specifications in order to design the solution to be implemented. Support the Developers in their development tasks

Design and run the Business Acceptance Tests as well as take actions if incidents or problems arise during the post implementation

Train the final Users and support the change management

Qualifications

Master degree in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Economics, Management or similar

1 to 3 years’ experience as a functional analyst

Outstanding team player and good communication skills

Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions

Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed

Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. Dutch is a must

Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands)
