•University degree in Finance or Economics or similar or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum 5 work experience within a similar role in a banking, corporate, fund environment or similar.
•Detailed knowledge of Risk Management concepts and tools used within Asset Management and Treasury. Experience in Risk Management systems and reporting tool used in Asset Management.
•Good knowledge of financial markets and potential impact on the activities.
•Good knowledge of the IKEA Concept; the IKEA Brand and IKEA Culture & Values
•Good knowledge about the IKEA core businesses
•Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is an asset

•Motivated by living the IKEA culture and values Key responsibilities (title) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities (text) To secure an independent view on Ingka Investment portfolios: analysing the risks of the different portfolios and reviewing the processes:
•Identify market risks and analyse the impact on Ingka Investments and Treasury Operations to create a risk awareness culture.
•Secure a good level of awareness among relevant stakeholders concerning risk in relation to performance in the Asset Management sphere.
•Report Key Risk Indicator (KRI) for the different portfolios within Ingka Investments and Treasury Operations
•Define risk tools in relation to the investments process to secure a good risk vs. performance analysis.
•Monitor the process to secure compliance with internal steering documents and external requirements within Ingka Investments.
•Maintain the investments risk assessment template and provide training, update and feedback on how to use the template to the business (portfolio managers)
•Review the risk assessment and initiate yearly review with the business.
•Secure and report organisational adherence to steering documents
•Identify areas for remedial action and potentials for improvement, recommending courses of action to secure continuous improvement.
